These Billing Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) govern all purchases of toner, ink cartridges, and related products (“Products”) from Big Feather Trading (“we”, “us”, or “our”). By placing an order, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Pricing and Payment
1.1 Pricing
All prices are listed in South African Rand (ZAR).
Prices include Value Added Tax (VAT) unless otherwise specified.
Prices may change at any time without prior notice.
1.2 Accepted Payment Methods
We accept the following secure payment options:
EFT (Electronic Funds Transfer)
Credit and Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard) via PayFast
Other secure online payment gateways as may be introduced
1.3 Payment Authorization
By submitting your payment information, you authorize us (or our payment processor) to charge the full order amount to the selected payment method.
1.4 Payment Confirmation
Orders placed using EFT may be delayed until funds reflect in our bank account.
Orders are only processed after payment has been successfully confirmed.
1.5 Pricing Errors
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies, or omissions relating to pricing or product information—even after an order has been submitted.
2. Invoicing
A digital invoice is emailed to you upon payment confirmation.
A physical invoice can be provided upon request.
3. Payment Terms
Full payment is required at checkout unless otherwise agreed in writing.
Approved business clients may be offered custom payment terms.
4. Late Payments
We reserve the right to:
Suspend or cancel pending orders if payment is late
Charge interest on overdue accounts at the maximum rate allowed by South African law
Use registered debt collection services to recover overdue balances
Any collection costs incurred may be charged to the customer.
5. Order Changes and Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellations before shipment.
Once the order has been shipped, the Return & Refund Policy applies.
We cannot make changes after the order has left our warehouse.
6. Returns and Refunds
Our full Return & Refund Policy is available on the website and forms part of these Terms.
Refunds are issued only to the original payment method.
Faulty goods will be handled in accordance with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA).
7. Delivery
Delivery fees and estimated delivery times are displayed at checkout.
Deliveries are couriered through reputable South African courier companies.
Risk of loss or damage transfers to the customer once the package is delivered.
We are not liable for courier delays, load-shedding disruptions, or service interruptions beyond our control.
8. Compliance with South African Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of South Africa.
We comply with the Consumer Protection Act (CPA) and all applicable local regulations.

To maintain transparency and comply with Google Ads policies, Big Feather Trading ensures that:
All fees and billing terms are fully disclosed
No deceptive or misleading billing practices are used
Customers receive clear, accurate payment information at checkout
